FRUSTRATED CAR OWNER

I sent my car to the mentioned auto centre in December 23 , 2021 for a gear box, piolet shaft , selectors , planetary gears and 1x storage replacement. It was not even a month after the job was done , i couldnt switch my gears to 1, 2 and R. When i took the car back, i was told there is absolutely nothing wrong with the gear box, i just need to replace my fly wheel (please ask me how does that have to do with the obvious problem).

I spent R7000 for the job, it all went down the drain. Mind you , after the job they left a pipe hanging in my engine and my bumper is still loose and hanging from the removal of the engine.

Im so frustrated , i took my car to a different mechanic only to find out the guys never replaced my gear box, i still have the old gear box in the car. Im the second owner of the car, when i bought it the mileage was 65k now its sitting on 71k which means its new. Im the first owner to replace anything in the car, yet its giving me so much problems.

I have taken the matter to Ombudsman, will soon take it to law enforcement. If anyone can assist, i will be more than happy
