Very bad service and bad attitude

<p>On the 2nd of June 2016, I went to the Theohart fitment services complaining about some noise on the drivers side of my vehicle. They charged me R150 for fault finding and told me that the noise was coming from the top suspension arms and the total quuote was R3 055 which I authorised. After they worked on my car, the same noise was still there and they stripped the bumpers to see if there is anything loose which they could not find any. They came up with another explanation for the noise, this time the bottom arms of the suspension which they expected me to pay further R 5 000. The issue is, they worked on the wrong part of the car and they expected me to be financially liable for their mis-diagnosis. I was told that the arms were new only to find that they were sent to some place to be reconditioned something I did not agree to. When I tried to raise the issue with them, some guy which I do not know his name got angry to the point where he addressed me with some derogatory names which have some racial undertones. Today, the 06 June, i called hoping that he would have calmed down so I can register my dissatisfication with him, I asked for their email address so that I can formalise my complaint with them. He got angry again and started to refer to me as a problem child, description which is much better to what I was called when I had to fetch my car. How does a man address another with such derogatory names and take his money for service never rendered. People like him needs to be named and shamed and their businesses isolated and boycotted. Taking the history of our country into consideration, it is unwise for calling someone with some racially charged derogatory name. The name of the Technician worked on my car is Jaco.</p>
