Too busy to care

Over two hours to try and order a small platter of sushi, with minimal communication over whatsapp with "I'll find out" and "will let u know now sorry" and " we did say we will let u know when your order is done". Finally after 2.5 hours we cancelled. Disappointing end to Valentine's Day
