I am GATVOL of the receptionist's bad attitude

Every time when I make a call to Susannah Fourie where my child was studying in 2015 I always received a bad attitude from the receptionist. I spoke to her again today to request a transfer letter to take to the new school and AGAIN experienced her impatient and rude behavior.<br> She has no filter in her choice of words and shows no respect. When I called today she made a mockery of me and my statements and I felt humiliated. I thought she was there to help parents but instead she tells me she's busy so I should make it quick!!<br> I AM REALLY TIRED OF HER!!
