**** case being covererd by the school

Dear honourable MEC Hopefully you will get someone from your department to look in to my matter. My sister's daughter who is currently attending grade 3 at Suryaville Primary School in Newcastle KZN. In 2019 my she was ****d next to her school and after the incident she went back to school and reported the matter to one of the teachers as she could not find the security officer at the school gate. The teacher sent my (7 year old) daughter to look for the security by herself. No assistance was offered by the school or what so ever. She approached the school head master and she provided zero assistance. The district was informed about the matter, however, there was no assistance provided. The case was reported to the police with no feedback no movement. Please assist where you can. Honourable Lesufi has been informed about the matter via twitter as we tried to look for a different school base on the fact that the school is not safe for our kids. she was even told that it was not the first incident, the school does not allow the school transport to pick up the kids next to the school. Kids have to walk a distance to a park to get the transport. Suryaville Primary School is trying by all means to cover-up the fact that the child reported the matter to them and they did nothing.
