Survivable (online shop) Sucks!!!

Bought goods for R500, including delivery on the 28th of February 2023. To date no tracking number or confirmation. Payfast processed the transaction and are unwilling to disclose merchant contact details. Nothing on their website. No number or email address. Seems as if ive lost R500. Stay away from Survivable unless you have cash to burn!!! Very Unhappy!!!
