Bad bad bad

Recently completed a survey from start to end, took screenshots as prove becouse I know they have stories when it comes to payment. Went back to check on my completed surveys and my survey was marked dropout, so I opened a ticket to get assistance. They just closed my ticket with no help or explanation twice. This site is just not make sure. I'd advice people not to join
