Marcell Fourie - Survey and Scientific Instruments

Marcell Fourie is the biggest ******** under the African sun. Bought a GPS from me in January 2019 and to date I am still waiting for my money.

He lies at every opportunity he gets, he even ****d a proof of payment to myself. Otherwise he just ignores you. Everytime contact is made he says he will se what he can do and then disappears for a couple of months.

He works for a very reputable survey company but he controls there online interaction services. So to get through to them is also impossible.
