Poor service and changing prices

I recently visited Surtile and was extremely disappointed. After selecting a product, the stock differed significantly from the sample. Much worse is that the price was substantially higher than shown on display, with no explanation or even any surprise that it was different.

The smug response was "that's the price on the system - Take it or leave it !!!" I was told that I am wasting their time, and that nobody is available to escalate the query to.
