Versace Gateway- Poor quality clothing and Bad Customer Service

I purchased a Versace T-shirt on 24 December 2023 from Versace store Gateway I tried a t-shirt out and was happy with it. I went to the counter to pay and Lungile the sales lady had another t-shirt in the bag for me and I asked her and she said she gave me a neater shirt. On Christmas day when I decides to Iron it and use it, it had a hole on the t-shirt. I am totally disappointed with the quality of the Versace shirt and the Bad Service I have received. I took the T shirt back on 26th Dec and lungile said the manager is not there. I went back on the 27th Dec and the manager said she will get the brand manager to inspect it. I went back on the 29th Dec and she said that she has to send the t shirt to head office and they only open on the 8th January 2024. Versace t shirts are very expensive and the Poor service that I have received is not acceptable.i did not damage that t-shirt and I want a refund. I will never buy clothing from Versace Gateway again. Poor quality clothing, dishonest staff and terrific customer service
