Lack of professionalism

I honestly I don't want to use a blanket approach regarding my issue concerning Surtee Group. You might even find out that the decision-makers are not aware of my concern. This case is one of those black on black treatment. This individual will compromise the reputation of the well-established group. My story is as follows; On the 15th of December 2019, I bought a pair of nice white cloth Lacoste sneakers. I needed white sneakers because of the outfit I had planned to wear on the 16th of December. Out of the excitement I wore them immediately from the shop because I couldn't wait to wear them the next day. All this time a sales guy was helping me about the shoelaces and how to identify males and females shoes using the codes. Somehow he forgot to mention to me that these sneakers are non-washable. I put on the sneakers, and we threw away some of the papers/labels attached to the sneakers. ("Washing instructions" ) I attended the event, and I was looking good, happy with the brand. Obviously, white sneakers got dirty from the event and out of the normality, I washed all my other sneakers, including these new ones. I was surprised to see the colour coming out and messing up my white sneakers. As they are now, they look like a rainbow. I took them back to the same guy who sold them to me, and he was understanding. He promised that he would check with the head office if they can replace them or not. He informed today (05th of January) that the head office refused. I don't think he contacted the head office because I don t think whoever is making decisions from the office refused. There is no way I can buy expensive sneakers, and within 14 days, I intentionally damaged them. I bought my wife Lacoste sneakers on the 17th of December from Clearwater mall, and we bought a polish for them, I bought a pair of white leather all star boots, I purchased a white shoe shine as well. All of these can be proven if need be. So you want to tell me if that guy said to me that those sneakers are non-washable, I couldn't have bought a cleaning chemical as well for my sneakers???? He needs to take accountability for this; I need new sneakers. I gave them their messed sneakers. I am not going to stop fighting until I get a new pair.
