Coach store mall of africa

This post is specifically for the coach store at mall of africa , i experienced the worst customer service to the point where i almost cried , i had an issue with my quilted tabby bag which started peeling one month after purchase i went to the store to see if i could be assisted instead the staff decided to gaslight me say i bumped the bag and then laughed at me when i was leaving after i gave up trying for a resolution because they told me that my nag can never be fixed because i m the one who bumped it and caused it to peel i have never been so humiliated and undermined in my whole life the staff was ganging up on me and trying to shut me up and send me away without even trying to resolve my concern
