Water and moving out costs

- Water is 10 times expensive, expect to pay more that 1000 because they registered the complex as a commercial property and not residential. - Management will make you pay for the upkeep of the apartment when you move out even if you didn’t do damage. - I would give it -1 star if that was an option.
