Payout

Matter started in 2004 when fees / funds due to Mr Bhengu were never paid out and now he is no more. He passed on in 2006 and surplus fund office rep**** by saying that there is no pay out or any funds due to the late Mr Bhengu yet his family received a letter indicating funds due to late person. Please help.
