Surgetek - poor service, they don't care.

I have in the past always had good service from this company, that is the reason I went back again when approached by a client who requested surge protection on their low voltage equipment. What a mess this turned out. Firstly it totally grates me that when you call and the sale person says he will call back and just never does. I eventually had to phone back and after a few quotes had it seemed all in order. The client was desperate to have all installed as PLC modules are costly to replace not to mention downtime. By Friday the order was placed and they arranged courier from their side. I stated that it was needed by Monday, thus overnight courier. The *****s sent it economy. I queried this time after time as to where the stock was and they just don't call you back. Seems like after the sale we don't care. It is now Thursday and still no material! The client is ****ed I stand a chance to loose future contracts to this laid back attitude of Surgetek. They have a courier cost if it was going to cost more overnight, great I would have paid it. But stupid as they are they just sent it econo knowing it will take days. Pathetic will never recommend or use again.
