very bad customer service

i have been trying to get a hold of this company since november, they have 5 email addresses on their website i emailed 3 and got no response so i emailed another one and finally got a response, the guy said he would send me samples to test out, 2 weeks later nothing, i emailed him and no response to this day, i emailed a different email and got a response and the guy said i could come to their office yesterday to talk about what i need, i checked the address before i left, and got to the address in midrand, right up the road from me, only to be informed that they no longer have their office there, but in meyerton! i spoke to the guy who was going to help me out and he said they moved a month ago and he thought the website address had been updated, it had not, i asked to speak to a manager, and i have not heard from them at all yet.
