Surface Appliances has poor workmanship and ethics

I got Surface Appliances out to fix my fridge and after they left, it seemed to work. After a day or two we realised that it still had the same issue (frost free freezer building up ice inside) and so we called them out again. They came out and said the first team had made a mistake and then charged me for a further part that was now broken. The fridge is still not working and now has a fan noise, which it didn’t before, all while ignoring my emails. They have though, asked for the 2nd payment for the incomplete work.
