Surface Appliance Repairs

Surface Appliance Repairs repaired my dishwasher and charged me R2850 for the repairs. After I week the same problem was back. They have promised to return and repair it. After that I have not been able to get a response from them. They have not returned to repair it. It's been a few weeks now. They don't answer calls, reply to emails or reply to WhatsApp messages with regards to a return date to do the repairs. It's a big disappointment as we were willing to give them a chance.
