Physical and Verbal Abuse at Surf Shack Restaurant

Usually my experience with Surf Shack Restaurant at Golden Mile Estate in Emalahleni is very pleasant. But on Saturday 28 October I witnessed something that was utterly disgusting!! A disgrace!

I witnessed Mr Nick/Nik (The older man, one of the owners) physically and verbally abuse one of his staff members. I saw how he approached his staff member behind the bar area (where EVERYONE could see) and started screaming at the staff member. He started screaming and pointing her in the face over a song that was not Afrikaans (this song was Bokke by Loufi, as it was just after the RWC final). He then proceeded to grab his staff member by the arm and then he striked her! She then walked outside the building behind the bar in tears. He then followed her outside. I am not completely sure of what happened outside the building but from my understanding he continued to verbally and physically abuse this female staff member.

He is an utterly disgusting human being for doing what he did!! According to all the staff (bar ladies), this is not the first time he has done something like this. I want to expose Nick/Nik for what he has done and the disgusting individual that he is.
