Unhappy customer

We got to the place and we were very dissapointed by what we found. It is not at all what they advertised. The place was dirty, the pool and the Jacuzzi was dirty. We were showed our rooms and the first thing that hit me was the washed out towels on the bed. We were told they preferred us to use the upstairs kitchen instead of the one that was in our room. It was false advertising and I am very unhappy. The adverts shown on the internet is not at all what we experienced I will never recommend it to anyone.
