No response!!!

I have been sending email upon email regarding upgrading our machine and I still have not received ANY FEEDBACK! I get the emails to say they have received the query but that's where it ends! Seems like I have to move our business elsewhere where we will actually get some service! Pathetic to treat your customers like this!
