As an inbound call center that deals with claims and policy administration, the only reason our team would be calling you is to follow-up on outstanding documentation for a claim, a missed debit order, policy administration, responding to a query and updating expired card details.
Apart from these reasons above, you shouldn't receive calls from our call center - especially unsolicited sales calls.
