No payout, horrible service!!!!!
Glad I saw the other reviews, SweepSouth and SureStart do not honor the provided cover, excuses for days, no payout and just an absolutely painfully long drawn out process. No only does SweepSouth wash their hands off any responsibility, they make note of the fact that claims are outsourced to a third party and then to make matters worse, SureStart then outsources to a third party. All three companies are a joke. Find your own helpers and if you really must use SweepSouth don't bother with cover as SureStart will find excuses not to pay out anyway. Horrible, pathetic service, I will not be utilizing any of their services ever again.

21 Jun 2024, 17:49Update - they basically mailed back to say we don't cover our company staff causing damage to your property, so basically, ANY DAMAGE to your property (shower door) in my case, three weeks in, I'm still without a door and paying for damages on a shower door that would be fine if it wasn't cleaned. Aphualing and disgusting client service, copy paste responses and honestly just blatant disregard (of course they hound you for the money as most companies do). Stay far away from SweepSouth and don't bother with the cover as they will make sure they "don't cover you"
