The worst service in history !!

Surepower charged me in excess of R13000 to service my generator at my factory earlier this year. We used it once or twice and then it wouldn't work. Phone Neville 18 March... he never answers his phone. He responds to WhatsApp and blames balancing of phases.. goes on to tell me it's common due to poor s****s . He says he will come back on 20 March. No phone calls, no communication from his side (I had tried on numerous occasions until 2 April when I messaged him to tell him his back up service is non- existent. He says I am not the only one on the planet and he gives priority to contract clients.
