phoning them on the call centre 3 times , 1st time gets cut off . the other 2 times , line is open but no reply . call back on the normal 041 number , got through .. now busy with clientcare... asking for a list of dentist that is available in the Somerset West , Cape Town area, reply was ohhhh i have to look for this ...good gracious me... is this not information they should have ON HAND... I am holding on now for almost 10 minutes
