No service

As I am writing this I am holding on on the line with Suremed Customer care already for 40 min. I have send an application form to Suremed on the 15th of June to join the medical aid.

It is knwo a month and half later and still no response from them. Tiday I phoned in and was told the have to ask applications. I am holding on for 40 min already and still no one has comeback to me.

I doupt if this is the type of medical aid one wants to join if this is the quality of their customer care services
