Nasty Attitude- Literally

<p>Due to unverifiable credibility through my doctor's office, and lack of availability from the broker, I decided to terminate the 1-week policy. ( I was not even able to make an appointment before having insurance verified.) After requesting such, the customer service representative became defensive (attitude wise), interrogative, and almost seemed to insinuate that my doctor's office was the one failing to verify- when I witnessed my doctor's assistant not being able to get a hold of them. Representative refused to provide instant cancellation, and/or pro-rated reimbur*****t, when broker had mentioned that cancellation could work without any problems. On the other hand, the broker assigned was also unreachable, and when finally reached, the experience was beyond careless, with a very obnoxious, mocking-like and rude treatment. No email was received from refund for this policy. </p>
