Had the worst experience with Wendy at Sure Travel Rondebosch when I called to book a return flight with visa to Japan. She was so dismissive that I enquired elsewhere about the visa application that this woman just responded "why don't you do go where you have inquired." That's exactly what I've done even though the flight prices was more expensive. Bad attitude Sure Travel.
