Not prepared to quote for travels.

I contacted Lisa from Garstfontein Sure Travel via email to request quotes for a Trip to Zanzibar. I received a response a day later asking me if I requested quotes from other agencies which I responded to yes. Who wouldn't? This is the response I received back: "Thanks for the detail – all agents get rates from very similar if not the same tour operators so prices are usually the same. We are actually predominantly a corporate agent so I would suggest use the agents you have already got quotes from as we are not really in the game of price beating etc and its likely I will just get the same prices as most agent get." Even though they have two separate sites for private and corporate, she was not prepared to spend the 15-20 minutes to prepare a quote? Are there no longer dignity in customer service? Sure Travel will not see my families business again.
