Stay Away !! They offer no post sales support when flight changes occur and wont support you in the least after they receive their money

I will like to voice the terrible experience that I have had with Sure Mirage Travel and in particular the sales representative Yusuf Ameer.

My family and I which comprises of an elderly mother of 68 years of age and a brother who has recently had to undergo a stroke were subjected to a 7 and a half hour wait at Jeddah airport at 5 am in the morning. We basically lost out on sleep as well as breakfast at the hotel that morning which we paid for !! During this time my elderly mum's immune system deteriorated due to tiredness (having not slept the night before due to this early flight) contracted Covid and had a slipped disk from the extremely uncomfortable airport seating.

This was due to a flight change that the agency knew about in advance but did nothing about it whenever we called to make alternative flight arrangements to avoid the need for this lengthy airport wait. Instead they made empty promises about attempting to make arrangements but this was all a lie as we discovered when the day of the flight approached.

The insurance that the agent chose has a benefit for flight delays and cancellations but the agent refuses to submit a claim on our behalf so I ask myself what was even the purpose of this travel insurance.

I recommend that people instead look towards booking Umrah flights and hotels themselves so that when such changes occur then they are not at the mercy of agents but can instead converse with the airlines etc. themselves to make alternate flight arrangements or refunds without being at the mercy of such dishonest agents.
