Pathetic service

Extremely disappointed with the assistance from Sure Letting as my husband and I moved into our new home. Wilhelm called to let us know he won’t make it to hand over the keys to us and do an inspection of the home but mentioned that someone will be there to give us the keys. As we we’re running late we communicated this to Diane. We arrive at our new home with the tenants still packing up their things which they were notified to be out by 12pm - it was now 3pm. We waited for them to be done and the most ridiculous part was the tenants giving us the keys to our new home and not the agent we used. My husband sent an email to Sure Letting regarding this and no response. There was no apology or concern from Wilhelm once our transaction was done. Will never use this company or recommend it anyone!
