So, my father worked for the city of Johannesburg for over 30 years and retired 6 months before his retirement, which for some reason his human resources did not explainn to him the benefits hee woulf losse aand sgoulldd havr advised him to wait the 6 months however they did not so now he has lost all the benefits and he cannot do anything about it. Than all of a sudden he gets a ccall from sure data tracing telling him he wotked for tye city of Johannesburg and now there are benefits payable to him and naturally wee presume thos to be a benefit from the city as the call came juust after his 65 birthday. Only yo be tols sorry there is nothhing aftet he did all the documentation, goung to hhis old employer who cannot even find his employee file to try assist in claiming his benefits, all i can say between the city of Johannesburg and them out sourxing thheir tracing off unclaimed funds ita a disaster and disgustinng. We have unemployment and we havr peole wworking that are noy interested in there work. Disgusting
