Poor and they’re not professional

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent encounter with company, Sure Card. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected and mistreated by individuals representing a business entity.

I arrived at your office seeking assistance with my suspended account, only to be met with a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. The staff members not only refused to allow me entry into the premises but also demonstrated a shocking disregard for my urgent financial needs. It is incomprehensible to me how a company in the service industry could treat a customer in such a callous manner.

I cannot help but wonder if my skin color played a role in the abysmal treatment I received. The blatant ************** and refusal to provide me with the necessary funds to pay my staff and cover office expenses are unacceptable and deeply concerning.

I demand an immediate explanation for the behavior exhibited by your employees and a resolution to the issues I am facing as a result of this appalling experience. I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take swift action to ensure that no other individual is subjected to such degrading treatment in the future.
