I just want to take money out of my account

I opened a Wizzit account with Sure Bank, run by South Africa Bank of Athens in 2014. I have had the account with no problems until December 2015 when i received money from Netherlands. They told me my account was not FICA compliant and that my ID Document was not correct. My account was subsequently suspended, my December Salary came in and I have no access to it. <br> <br> I have tried to reason that for me to sort the matter out I need money which I presently cannot access and I have pleaded to no avail. I am a mother of two and am pregnant due to give birth end of January. All I want is to have access to the money in my account after which it can be suspended.<br> <br> All the people I have tried to contact for assistance are not helpful. PLEASE HELP! All I want is my money, and thats all I am politely asking for.<br> <br> Thank you.
