SURPRIE GOWNS RAN WITH MY MONEY & POOR SERVICE(******)

Ordered and paid in full R2.8k father's gifts on the 12th June 2021(sunday) and was promised delivery on the 18th June 2021(Friday). During the week, was guranteed that all is in order and we still on for friday. Friday came, husband delivered but gym bag n water bottle missing. Was not informed, when i called her, she said they are busy finishing up will get them Saturday 19th June 2021

I then realised that the orders delivered, gown ws engraved wrong. Hoodie and holf shirt were bigger sizes, very poor quality. Mouse pad was engrave wrong and the golf shirt. The only correct thing was gym towel.

I spoke to Surprise Maligana, the owner and she said she did the order in hurry hence the chea poror quality materials and she will replace them and get smaller sizes. She will redo the mouse pad . We agreed for me to take everything back Saturday morning to her place. I drove from midrand to boksburg. She then promised that everything includeing the gym bag and water bottle. Thats where the lie started. In the afternoon, she then tells me she wont be abe to deliver gym bag, water bottle because they aint done. I told her to refund me everything because she was dishonest and she refused. She then said "just take these stuff for your father's day panned function and on monday i will come collect and deliver the correct full order. Monday 22nd June while father's was 21st June. 5* seven course fine dining lunch with kids was spoiled.

Monday came and Surprise Maligana from Surprie Gown started to ignore my whatsapps and calls. I actually had to call her later to findout whats up and the episodes of lies started. Tuesday, i had to do followup, she will drop my calls and ignore my messages. She kept on promising delivery and nothing. He husband nw got involved because she could not keep up with lies but her husband eventually got tied of the lies he had to tell me and recused himself

Surprise decided to ignore my messages, calls and she will drop me. I tod her will go to small claim and involve my lawyers then she will respond "im not a *****. Will deliver".

On thursday, 1st July 2021, i decided to courier back the tshirt, hoodie and mouse pad because she was suppose to have collected it on the 22nd June. I settled for the wrong gown becasue i realized whom i am dealing with, a *****. I paid R185.00 at postnet to courier back

Then on the same day, no greetings but a whatsapp message saying the gym bag and water bottle are on its way and tracking #. I told her i sent back the stuff which she still need t correct and no response

On friday, 2nd July, i received the gym bag and water bottle. Behold, the gym bag was black and a touch of red. My order was a red gym bag. I informed her f the wrong color and she kept quite.

She then told me that for her to correct the hoodie and tshirt, i need to pay around R350.00 on top of the 2.8k i paid. I said its fine but will pay on delivery.

I then asked when will i get the crrect order. "We are busy with it and will tell you when it is ready". This has been the same message even last week. I even told her its unacceptable what she is doing given that its now a month and she still cant give me exact date. She ignored me

Not once have i ever swear at her. She is the one who told me she will deliver the outstanding order when um calm. Rude. No business acumen.

14th July 2021, still do not have complete order. She doesnt want to refund and she doesnt talk to me

I have spoken to my lawyers and waiting for the way forward

I still dont have my order, its a month and 2days. No more communication from her and um tired of chasing my overdue order

I have all whatsapps messages. Evem when she claimed i insulted her, i sent her the messages and asked her to oint where on the messages i insulted her. I kind of knew where it was going hence i saved all the messages for the Lawyers or Court proceedings
