No delivery and no feedback

I ordered their product Steam Pro hair straightener on 24 August 2017. I received no delivery and emailed a query and received a response on 25 October 2017, stating that they will check with their manufacturer. Since then I have received no response from them, even after numerous emails. I am starting to think that this might be a ******* site.
