False Advertising

I order a online product called SteamPro Argon Oil Straightner on 16 August 2017 and paid 79 dollars for the product inclusive of delivery. On 7 September 2017 i emailed ********** enquiring about the delivery. I received a very strange response from a person called Mavi G, "I have just looked into your order, your tracking number is not yet posted or available as of this moment. Please do not worry, We have requested our Shipping and Courier Service provider to check on your items. As soon as we get an update we will notify you to ( customer email address )". They did not revert back to me and I sent another email regarding my order. A few days later I received another email with the same message. I responded and requested that they refund my money. They rep**** "Unfortunately due to high demand and the large discount you received, all orders are final and we are not able to cancel/refund orders. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order once you have received it you are covered by our money-back guarantee". kindly check if this company is legit or a ****. Thanks Rose
