BIG ONLINE **** ON FACE BOOK - ADVERTISING UNDER NAME "BELLADONNA"

I ordered and paid with my credit 79dollars for a Supreme Argon Oil Steamer Hair Straighter that was advertised on Face Book on 16 August 2017. I received an automated response informing me that I should receive my order after 40 days. After 40 days I emailed the company Supreme Trends Com enquiring about my order that I had not received. They rep**** informing me that they need to check with the shipping company, and will revert back to me. I didn't hear from them and sent another email and got this response from "MAVI" - "I have just looked into your order, your tracking number is not yet posted or available as of this moment. Please do not worry, We have requested our Shipping and Courier Service provider to check on your items. As soon as we get an update we will notify you to ( customer email address ). Our company is committed that you will receive your order. Should you need any further assistance. Please let us know". I immediately realized that this was a **** and reported this fictitious company to Facebook who advertises under the name “BELLADONNA”. To date I have not received the hair straightener.
