Bad Service and cannot be Trusted

Hired, Supreme Roller Shutter Doors to install a garage motor. The motor was installed as a new motor. They gave us a one-year guarantee on the motor and work done. We requested the old motor be returned to us. After many calls made, and promises made by them, the motor was still not returned and the garage door on which they installed the motor doesn't close properly. We also got them to service another garage door and paid them in advance. The work wasn't done and they refuse to refund the money. Be careful, they cannot be trusted. They make promises but never keep to them.
