Avoid using Supreme Projects & Aluminium, Cape Town!

After two weeks of work we have been left with an absolute shambles of a renovation job by Norman Wiggins of Supreme Projects & Aluminium. I was told, before hiring, that it would take less than a week, it would be done by a team and that the owner would oversee everything. The team arrived last Tuesday, consisted of two men and the owner said he had to manage another project. But we were assured that these were his best painters…even though one disappeared and we were left with one guy for 3 days. We left for JHB on Thursday, arrived back on Wednesday to find that nothing had been finished, the work was terrible. A new guy came on Thursday, along with more promises by the owner, and at 3pm they found that they hadn’t prepped the walls properly and all the paint was peeling from the girl’s bedroom. An entire day wasted. They arrived again on Friday 30th only for the same thing to happen…at 5pm. Now we’re left with a crumbling laundry wall and an unfinished bathroom and girl’s room. He is now demanding I pay the outstanding amount and making up lies about what I promised him - Avoid this company like the plague.
