Bad Bad service with attitude

Please be aware/careful when selling your product to this company. I have been dealing with them since 2012/2013 and to date no payment from them. The factory manager decides if you must be paid or not and they do not even have an account for me according to Jackie H in their East London branch. Her words is that i can not pay you as the previous manager who oversaw the Cape Town branch has left and can only pay for since the new manager took office although the history of my collections has been sent to her. It is sad when companies use staff to hide behind and to top it all the company Logo is "Business with Integrity". This is a company that exports to Europe and North America at the expense of others who they manipulate. Either you sign or no payment. What do you do
