What a bad experience

On the 13th of August I hired a Limo from Supreme limos in Glenvista as a surprise for my sisters birthday. I hired the 15 Seater Hi. The driver I must say stopped to pick us at the arranged time. <br> What a disappointment getting into this vehicle, the door did not lock properly the interior was dilapidated and half of the lights did not work. The vehicle smoked like a steam engine and was quite embarrassing to stop next to people and even at Monti Casino, as people looked at us when we made this entrance in a BALL of smoke.<br> To top it all off when we returned that night the driver had to stop on the highway because there was no lights on the vehicle. This happened with ALL my guests on board, nobody could get out of the vehicle as the door does not open from the inside of the vehicle, ONLY from the outside. Imagine \sitting ducks"on the highway waiting for 20 minutes expecting to be ****** any minute.<br> When I phoned the company to delay my disgust in them I was told that this happens and that that specific vehicle is in tip top condition.
