Terrible ********** Company

<p>We rented a specific Hummer Limo for our Christmas party in Dec 2016. On arrival at our offices the limo was the incorrect one but taking into account we had a reservation to get to we had to accept it. The limo was dirty and had no aircon so it was an excpetionally smelly hot ride. 10km into the trip, the limo overheated and broke down. The driver was too scared to call his manager so I had to call. I was told that Supreme Limos could not assist with another vehicle and we had to make our own way to our restaurant. On calling the company the next day was told I would get called by the owner and e would get a refund. I have been trying for almost 2 months to get our money back and have finally had to send a letter of final demand. The company now refuses to take my calls. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!</p>
