BAD Limo service, left kids stranded

I booked a limo for my daughter's matric dance - her and 9 friends were badly let down. The limo itself was old, didn't have a sound system and 2 doors and the boot didn't work. The driver got lost going to the venue and they will AN HOUR LATE for the event - they missed all the official photographs and arrived really rattled. Myself and a friend eventually had to find the limo via Whatsapp location and then lead them to the venue (Wanderers Club).<br> The driver did not know how to get from the dance to the after-party, the kids had to direct him. The worst part was he was not outside the after-party venue when they wanted to leave at 3am. They phoned him and he said he was on his way. Eventually they phoned me and I went and fetched them in relays from the venue - he never pitched up. When I got hold of the owner (Paul), he apologized profusely but would not give a refund. He offered them a massage for the kids at his other business which is a massage place. After many many phone calls, he agreed to pay back one third of the fee. He never did that, after months of me phoning him, and him being completely disdainful, he still hasn't done any refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
