BAD LIMO-HIRE

<br> Regarding the booking on Saturday, 31 January, where the bus was changed to a limo. 27 seater to 16 seater at my request on Friday, but was denied and then I was phoned on Saturday to say it is possible - it was their suggestion and I took it - but was not reimbursed for the fact that [URL Removed] gave us a sub-standard limo. Pedro said the cost is roughly the same - I beg to differ!<br> <br> I want them to:<br> <br> 1. Please revise the invoice to cater for the fact that it was a 16 seater limo and not a 27 seater bus and then refund me partially<br> 2. Asked for ribbons - got none<br> 3. NO airconditioning - website states FULL AIRCON SYSTEM<br> 4. Doors were difficult to open and the rubbers came off<br> 5. Your specials to and from Sun City is MUCH cheaper than what I was charged - AND there is NO way 16 people would fit into that limo. We were 10 and had 1 seat open and we all weigh less than 70kg.<br> 6. There were 4 or 5 glasses in the limo - website states crystal glasses<br> 7. The driver parked as far possible from each venue - because he obviously has not been equipped with the skill to drive a limo.<br> <br> I have emailed the company - NO RESPONSE<br> I have written on their FB wall - NO RESPONSE
