DISGUSTING SERVICE, AND GRASS

disgusting service, disgusting dead LM grass, roots not planted into the soil, just threw it on the ground, therefore dead.... also found horrible little things in the grass, even though they said their grass is the best, but will spray in any event. the owner and his wife" running" the business, dont answer phones, never reply e mails, and lying about not coming as their bakkie doesn't want to start . the time he had to come out again, never answered my calls to say what time, my husband called him he called him back, though new business, told me he got ******. they refused to give a refund, in the same time, any excuse in the book not to fix, then blocked me, from whats up, no contact.... i got someone new to redo the lawn, and paid double... as i had to pay again.
