Pathetic On-Line Service

I placed an order for 4 x 240 litre recycle bins. Communication was instant. Apon delivery , incorrect parts were delivered that do not fit the purchased products. This was over a week ago. I instantly E-mailed the company to please rectify their error. Still no help!
