Poor communication and not respecting client time
Payed for a service I didn't receive because they said they are closing. I communicated with the receptionist, to come do my hair and nails (special combo service). I got to the salon at 11,they plaited my hair until 17:20. That's where they demanded that I pay because they are about to close at 18:00, and they said I should come the following day to do my nails. A whole 7hrs at the salon no 1 told me that they won't be able to do my nails that day, where else we spoke about it. It is an inconvenience for me because of the time I took. Demanding money for the service I didn't receive. ( the nails) I left the salon without doing my nails. They just said I must come whenever I'm available. Available when as I made time to go to the salon 04.08.26. But when it comes to payment they expect full amount for the half service that they gave.
