Neither Supreme nor Elegant!

The****** is disorganized was constantly in and out of the treatment room to gather supplies.

I had a confirmed appointment and was on time but she didn't recall what treatments I had booked nevermind my name.

She has a very odd approach where she speaks to her clients very informally and even called me a difficult client.

Also, I have never received a manicure laying down. It's no wonder it looks like ****!!
