Bad customer service and quality work

I took my bmw for fender, bonnet and bumper painting.

I had to return it the first time due to the poor paint work

When I collected it for the second time 1.my msport fender sign wasn't pasted back on the car 2. The fender film build was too thick and cracking 3. Window vynil had scraches for days 4. Polish marks visible and dull 5. The fender and the door paint was rough and not smooth and this was resolved by a tissue and polish in my presence

The Receptionist lady (workshop manager's wife) was so rude to me I don't know if its because I'm a black customer.

I wrote an email with all this points to them hoping to resolve this issues but my emails are ignored

All vehicle manufacturers that certified this panel beater please re audit what this guys are doing their work is so poor especially paint work.
